Shipping & Return Policy

Barree Station's Shipping Policy:

Domestic Orders Only (U.S. Contiguous 48 States): Most Domestic orders are shipped via UPS within 1-5 business days from North Carolina. Orders are NOT shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal Holidays. If we receive your order after 9pm EST or on a weekend day or holiday, your in-stock order will ship out in the following 1-5 business days. If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please call or email us to check availability and delivery time (please allow up to 6 business days from the day your order ships out for delivery). We can only ship via UPS to physical addresses, no PO BOXES please. Please double-check your shipping information for accuracy before submitting your order to ensure timely delivery!

Barree Station's Returns Policy:

In the Barree Station retail store, our policy for the last 20 years has been to only do a store credit on returns. An exception will be made for our online sales in reguards to defective merchandise or size issues. Return merchandise must be unworn and unwashed and all tags must be intact. In case of swim, the hygienic liner must be in place. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 30 days of purchaced date and we will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange (subject to 25% re-stocking fee), please do not send returns without prior authorization. If a replacement item is not available, a store credit will be issued for the origional purchase amount.

NOTE: Items are not considered "unused" if one:

(1) Has laundered, dry cleaned or washed them in any manner.

(2) Has embroidered, screen printed, tailored or altered them in any manner from their original brand new state.

(3) Has worn them beyond trying them on to check for a proper fit.

(4) Has caused stain damage to them such as those caused by makeup, sweat, spilled liquids, ink, crayons, glue or anything else that can cause staining.

(5) please don't return items that smell of cigarettes

How to Return an Item:

Step 1:

Please call (252) 261-1650 between 10am and 5pm ESTE or E-mail us at barreestation@hotmail.com. In your e-mail, please give us a brief description of why you are returning the items. Examples might be: too expensive, ugly, did not fit, changed my mind, etc. Please give us an honest reason for the return. This information is used to better serve you in the future. Also, be sure to include your order number and contact information.

Step 2:

Return your purchase; postage paid, insured, unused and with the original packing materials and garment tags attached. If for some reason you can not e-mail us, please include a written reason for the return on the original invoice or on a separate piece of paper.

Please allow us up to 30 days to process your return. During the Christmas season it can take slightly longer. Thanking you
